Terms of Service

- For work to begin a FULL payment is required, DO NOT ship shoes unless already paid for 

- Turn around time is estimated between 2 to 3 weeks  

- CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE SHOE AND/OR DONOR PAIR (for swap)  

- DO NOT ship shoes with box or any accessories 

- I am NOT responsible for ANY damage during transit with a shipping company 

- Cancelling a ordered service leads to a ZERO REFUND POLICY 

- Not all shoes will yield a brand new result, in certain situations there are limitations in which nothing can be done or restored back to 100 percent   

Cleaning

Shoe getting put in washing machine may vary due to age or materials. 

Shoe getting Whitened/Iced out/Deoxidized may vary in results, with potential to turn back to yellow over time.  

Sole deoxidization can harden certain undersoles, usually rubber. I am NOT responsible if undersole becomes stiff during the deoxidization process.
